MACH Energy Design Philosophy - Part 1

MACH’s Energy Management Software (EMS) is designed for YOU, and we pride ourselves on our customer-centered values. This spring, we asked Brian Glynn, MACH’s SVP of Product Management to share with our audience the thought process behind MACH’s design philosophy: the intuitive EMS design that saves time, money, and energy.

An Easier Energy Solution for CRETech - Smart. Efficient. Intuitive.

The biggest challenge in design is simplicity. MACH Energy understands this, and has crafted an intuitive, cost-effective EMS platform that combines simplicity with smart, actionable analytics, accessibility, and more. Design concepts from companies such as Apple are inspirations to our design philosophy. Our goal has always been to build solutions that focused on the individual users and have designs that just seemed to magically work.

Reducing Set-up Time and Optimizing Operations

Energy is the number one operating expense in commercial offices. Being able to control and manage this expense is crucial, but most Energy Management Systems (EMS) take too much time to get started and are cumbersome to use. In contrast, MACH’s EMS solution doesn’t require lengthy installation processes or long training exercises. Our iPhone/iPad application and mobile access [so people with iPhones don’t feel left out] allows engineers constantly on the move to check in with the real-time building operations. It’s just one example of how everything we do is designed to reduce time and make our customer’s jobs easier. Because of this core value, at MACH we have always had a strict sense of focus. Apple once had an ad campaign that touted “for every yes, there are a thousand no’s”. This too rings true for MACH’s process. For us it is as much about what we decide not to do, as it is about what we think really solves a customer problem.

MACH’s EMS provides advanced energy analytics and serves as the brains of property management operations, taking in large amounts of energy consumption data and processing it into actionable initiatives that help reduce costs and increase efficiency. Contact us to learn how EMS can make your job easier.
